lower face contouring King's Cross
Lower Face Contouring King's Cross
A combined plan targeting masseter strength and downward lower-face pull. It is designed for clients whose anatomy supports both treatment goals.
What it is and how it works
This plan addresses two separate muscular influences on the lower face: masseter bulk at the jaw angle and downward pull from selected lower-face or neck muscles. Each component is mapped and dosed independently before they are combined.
A combined treatment is useful only when both muscle patterns contribute to the concern. It does not add filler, change bone structure or remove loose skin, and your doctor may recommend treating one component first to keep the result controlled.
Who it is for
- Prominent masseters with jaw tension
- Lower-face muscular pull affecting definition
- Clients suitable for a combined, staged result
How treatment is mapped
The combined plan separates jaw width from downward lower-face pull, then treats only the muscles contributing to each concern.
- The masseters are mapped while clenching to assess bulk, strength and symmetry at the jaw angle.
- Platysmal or depressor activity is assessed during animation to identify downward pull affecting the jawline.
- Each component is dosed independently. One area may be reduced or omitted when the anatomy does not support combined treatment.
What results look like
Tension can reduce first; visible contour change develops gradually as the targeted muscles respond.
Honest timeline
Initial muscle relaxation develops over two weeks. Lower-face contour is more honestly judged from four to eight weeks.
Price and sessions
£520
One combined appointment with review based on clinical need.
Safety and downtime
Your doctor reviews your medical history, medicines and treatment area before confirming suitability. Treatment is postponed when it would not be clinically appropriate.
Bruising, tenderness and temporary muscle fatigue can occur. Combining areas increases the importance of conservative dosing and precise mapping.
Skin-tone guidance
The treatment can be considered across skin tones. Technique and aftercare are adjusted individually, with particular attention to bruising, inflammation and the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Frequently asked questions
Is everyone suitable for both areas?
No. We may recommend one area, staged treatment or no treatment after examining your anatomy.
Does this include filler?
No. This plan uses muscle-relaxing treatment and does not add volume.
